Here’s the second option for our setup at Springfield. This setup is based around a long mainline run and a small branchline, currently consisiting of Freds Staging Yard.
I included the staging as a way of putting trains on and off the layout, without interupting in running or possible operations that were ongoing.
I’m still waiting to hear from Mike D if his yard module will be ready for Springfield, if it is, it will go between the the staging yard and the mainline split module.
